As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our internal operations and looking for an HR Specialist who will play a key role in building a structured, people-driven environment.

The Role
We are seeking a capable and results-oriented HR Specialist with 5–10 years of experience to lead operational HR functions across our group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and internal workflows

  • Oversee payroll administration and statutory compliance

  • Lead the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, and offboarding

  • Drive staff engagement, training, and performance tracking initiatives

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and maintain employee records

  • Leverage Microsoft Teams for internal collaboration and onboarding processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in ICT, telecom, or technology services

  • Proven track record in implementing HR systems, managing payroll, and driving engagement

  • Candidates must provide evidence of impact (e.g., initiatives launched, KPIs improved, or references)

  • HR certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, SPHRi, or SHRM are required

  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll tools, and Microsoft Teams

  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and compliance standards

  • Disciplined, empathetic, and solutions-driven

  • Based in Lagos or willing to relocate
